How You Can Help: Weaver Fertilizer Plant fire
A fire at the Weaver Fertilizer Plant on 1/31 resulted in a 48-hour evacuation, impacting an estimated 6,000 people. Many local organizations, including The American Red Cross, Salvation Army, Second Harvest Food Bank of NWNC’s Providence Program, Goodwill, the NC Diaper Bank and others are assisting those displaced.
