Foundation Announces more than $1.6 Million in Scholarships to Local Students

The Winston-Salem Foundation is pleased to announce scholarship totals for the 2024-2025 academic year: more than $1.6 million has been awarded to 543 local students seeking post-secondary education in North Carolina, the Southeast, and beyond. These awards were made possible thanks to donations and to the Foundation’s 161 scholarship endowment funds, which have been established by generous individuals, families, and businesses since 1923.
