Capital campaign grants (in amounts up to $100,000) are currently available to organizations if they were on the community’s 2021 Capital Campaign Calendar before the Campaign Coordinating Committee dissolved in March 2021. These parameters will be effective through at least the end of 2021. We are currently evaluating how to proceed with capital investments beyond 2021, and we will announce updated funding opportunities as they become available.
The Foundation's average grant size to capital campaigns is $75,000, but larger grants may be given to projects that are widely accessible and impact a significant portion of the community, and for projects for which the Foundation has restricted funds available. Organizations must submit their Foundation grant application in the same year in which they appear on the Capital Campaign Calendar.
Capital Campaign grant applications are considered twice a year (first business day in September and March); applicants will receive a decision after a three-month review period.
