Youth Grantmakers in Action Grants

Youth Grantmakers in Action (YGA) of The Winston-Salem Foundation makes grants to youth-directed projects that address community issues and challenges in Forsyth County. 

YGA, a diverse group of youth ages 15-18 from across Forsyth County, comes together to gain leadership experience, represent youth in their community, voice their opinions, and make grants to youth-directed projects that address community issues and challenges in Forsyth County. YGA grant applications are due in the fall of each year, and grant decisions are made in the spring. View previous YGA grant awards




YGA IS NOW ACCEPTING PARTICIPANT APPLICATIONS!

YGA is currently accepting applications for local youth, ages 15 to 18 years old, who are interested in gaining leadership experience, developing a greater understanding of the community and issues impacting local youth, and making grants to youth-directed projects in Forsyth County.
