Community Screenings: America to Me

The Foundation is hosting screenings of the documentary series America to Me by Academy Award-nominated filmmaker Steve James. Set in one of Chicago's most racially diverse public schools, America to Me examines the role that race and class play in American education.

In each screening, we'll watch a different episode from the series, and the subsequent discussion will connect the content back to our own community. Free and open to the public. Feel free to attend as many as you can!
