| Eligibility: | Residents living in a property owned or managed by HAWS, including Section Eight. Scholarships are available for graduating high school seniors and adults wishing to continue a post-secondary education. Two and four year scholarships are available. Scholarships are awarded annually. |

Denise Franklin Journalism Scholarship #
| Eligibility: | High school seniors who are residents of Forsyth County planning to pursue a career in journalism, mass communications, or related field of study. A 3.0 minimum CGPA is required and two years involvement with a journalism project or involvement in two different types of journalistic media. The scholarship is in the amount of $500 and is non-renewing. |
