We will begin accepting applications for scholarships (merit-based), grants (family income considered), and loans for the 2009/2010 academic year on November 24, 2008.  

You may apply for most student aid opportunities through a one-time online application process.  The online application system will identify those opportunities for which you appear to be eligible, based on information you enter in the "Basic Information and Qualifying Criteria" section of the application.  Please note that some scholarships are designated for students who will attend a specific college.  Click "Specific Colleges" to see a list of those colleges and the scholarships for which they represent.

After you register with The Winston-Salem Foundation, the application process includes the following:

• completion of the "Basic Information and Qualifying Criteria" section 
• completion of all other sections of the application
• the submission of the application by clicking the following two buttons from the application menu page: "Submit Completed Application" and "Yes, please submit my application"
