We are accepting applications for the Dean Prim Scholarship for the 2009/2010 academic year. Please go to All Opportunities - Alpha List to view information for this scholarship and to submit an application. Scroll through the list until you find the Dean Prim Scholarship. The deadline is October 31.
In addition, we have extended the deadline until July 31 for students to apply for "Need-Based Grants" and student loans. For more information regarding Need-Based Grants, please review the guidelines, or for student loans, review the Loans section.
If you believe you are eligible for need-based financial assistance or you wish to apply for a student loan, we encourage you to read this section carefully and then click "How to Apply" to proceed.
The Foundation requires supplemental items in addition to the application. Merit scholarships require a grade transcript, and in some instances a recommendation and/or a federal tax return. Need-based grants require a grade transcript, federal tax return, SAR, and a financial aid award letter from the college of attendance. Once you submit your completed application, the Student Aid Department will inform you which supplemental items we need to receive. We encourage you to submit your application and supplemental materials ahead of deadline(s) where possible.
In addition, there are some scholarships under the purview of committees other than the Foundation's Student Aid Committee with varying deadlines. You may click here to view a list of scholarships that are under the purview of other scholarship committees and therefore do not fall under the deadline of March 31.
Please be aware that lack of information or inaccurate information in your application(s)may cause you to miss scholarship or grant opportunities.
If you plan on applying for student aid, be sure you explore all of your options and carefully review the applicaton information on this site. We recommend that you start by reading General Criteria for a complete list of the basic criteria you must meet in order to apply for an educational grant/scholarship or student loan.
